Step 2. Apply online by using the secure online apartment application provided by the Texas Apartment Association.

Step 3. Submit payment and documentation.
After completing your application, please submit the following:

Payment:

• Application Deposit $200 per apartment
• Application Fee $100 per applicant

Identification:

Each applicant will need to email a copy of their government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, military ID, state ID card) to our leasing office at april@mansionsatsunsetridge.com.

Income:

Each applicant will need to email copies of their TWO most recent paycheck stubs to our leasing office at april@mansionsatsunsetridge.com.

The apartment home cannot be reserved until all items are received. Please contact the leasing office with any questions. We look forward to welcoming you home to Mansions at Sunset Ridge!
